What are your shipping rates?

We offer free Shipping on U.S. Orders of $50 or more. Offer applies to standard shipping in the continental U.S. only. Offer available online only at www.wehiwasoaps.com. Product subtotal must be $50. Shipping discount code (SHIPFREE50) must be  applied to your qualifying order.

Shipping cost below $50 will be calculated by weight. We have selected USPS as our delivery service. We do not ship Internationally at this time.

 

What credit cards can I use to purchase products?

We accept Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express and Discover.

 

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. If you have a PayPal account, you will have the option to submit your payment through PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal at the checkout.

 

Is my credit card information secure online?

Yes. This site is powered by Squarespace which uses secure payments through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, we make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security at Stripe.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

Please allow 5–10 days to process and receive your order.

 

How do I return product purchased through your site?

Wehiwa Soap Co. is committed to providing our customers with high quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, please notify us using our contact form on this site. You must return the products within 10 days of receipt. Include the original receipt and reason for the return.

Once everything is received, a refund will be processed back to your credit card for the full purchase amount of the products that are received. To minimize the risk of your return package getting lost, please use FedEx or insured Parcel Post with tracking confirmation. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Returned items must not be used and it must be returned in good condition. We will review return products to determine the refund. Purchaser must be responsible for return shipping cost. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Once we have received the returned product, please allow 10–14 business days to process the transaction.

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to exchange a product, please return the product (unused and in good condition) within 10 days of shipment and make a new purchase online.

 

I received my products but they were damaged (or leaking), how can I have them replaced?

Wehiwa Soaps Co. offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If a product was damaged or leaking in transport, please contact us via email. Please include your order number so that we can resolve the matter right away.

 

I purchased your products through a retailer, will you accept the return?

We only accept returns for products that were purchased on our website at www.wehiwasoaps.com.  If your purchase was made through an authorized retailer, you will need to adhere to their return policy.

 

Can I return products I purchased on your website to a retailer?

All products purchased on our website at www.wehiwasoaps.com can only be returned to us.
